Our Management Team
CCMC has been proudly providing community management services to the Valley Vista Community Association since 2023.
The CCMC Management Team is responsible for guiding and consulting with the board of directors to fulfill their duties, as well as executing the decisions, directives, and policies. The team at Valley Vista is also responsible for general administration, upholding community standards, design review processing, overseeing the common area maintenance,
maintaining all vendor contracts, in addition to supporting community events to bring residents together.

Manager, Shani Fazzi
Shani was born in Tacoma, Washington and grew up in
Los Angeles, Ca. She has lived in Las Vegas for over
twenty years. With over a decade in community management,
Shani brings not only experience, but strong interpersonal skills
to the Valley Vista team. When she is not at work, Shani is a dance
instructor. She also enjoys live entertainment, including music, dance,
theater and comedy.

Lifestyle Director, Porsché Bowie
Porsché was born and raised in the San Francisco
Bay Area in California. Her experience as an AmeriCorps
volunteer introduced her to the power of community
events and engagement, inspiring her career in managing
events for nonprofits and corporations. In her free time,
Porsché enjoys outdoor adventures, reading, and live music.

Administrative Coordinator, Elaina Lucas
Elaina was born in American Samoa and spent most of her childhood on military bases all over the world. As a result, she has a wide range of experience in different cultures and professional industries. When not working, photography is her
passion, and she loves capturing the beauty of the
world around her through a camera lens.

Community Standards Coordinator, Letty Boxer
Letty was born and raised in Redondo Beach, California.
From a young age, Letty has viewed the world with a
positive and optimistic outlook. She is always looking
for the good in others and is passionate about promoting
fairness and equality in the community. Her enthusiasm
for living life to its fullest enabled her to build relationships
with people from all walks of life. When not working she
enjoys spending time with her three children and gardening.
