Board of Directors

The Valley Vista Board of Directors is currently comprised of six elected homeowners. A board of directors is a requirement for a homeowners' association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community's governing documents are followed and enforced. The board of directors is responsible for upholding a fiduciary duty and acting in the best interests of the community as a whole.

 

All Board positions are voted in by the members of Valley Vista. When a position becomes available, the management team will mail out nomination forms and election ballots.
