Valley Vista is a master-planned community in North Las Vegas, NV. Our community is minutes from Nellis AFB and minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The 9-acre focal point of Valley Vista is Galaxy Park.

 

Valley Vista started construction on its first home in 2017. The complete build-out of the Master Plan is projected to be in 

2024 with a total of 3,469 homes. 

 

The community has plans to include an elementary school and an Albertson’s grocery store in the future. This is in addition to the ER Facility, detention basin, and multi-family communities that are already apart of Valley Vista.
